  • Call or email me to set up your first intake session.

    I also offer a free 15 minute consultation. During this consultation you get the opportunity to ask me questions to determine if you think I am a good fit for you and your specific needs.

    The phone consultation is also an opportunity for me to decide as the therapist if I am the right fit for you. Meaning, I determine if I can help you with the issues you are facing. If not, I can offer a referral to someone who I think may be a good fit for you and your needs.

  • The first appointment consists of collecting background information to learn more about your history and what is bringing you in to therapy. We will also talk about office policies and confidentiality.

  • Exclusively through teletherapy. No commute, waiting rooms or battling traffic.

    To maintain confidentiality, we must ensure you are in a private space before engaging in any teletherapy sessions. Typically sessions are 50 minutes long. I invite you to wear headphones or earbuds during session for privacy.

  • My cancelation policy requires a 24 hour advanced notice. There is no fee when session is cancelled 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no shows will be charged a full session fee.

  • I provide individual therapy for women and teen girls (13 and up).
